WDI - Off the Page Series 1 - Kuzco From Mickey’s of Glendale comes "Off the Page Series 1" character pins that have both a pencil sketch and a painted replica. Emperor Kuzco is the comically arrogant ruler of the Kuzconian Empire in Peru, from Disney's 2000 animated feature film, "The Emperor's New Groove". He poses on the blue carpet inside the palace.
