This pin on pin is of Tinker Bell from Peter Pan in color standing on top of a black and white photograph of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse in a car. The picture may be reversed so Walt is driving on the right side instead of the left side. The original of this photo, on this pin, was the last picture taken of Walt while he was alive.
