The gimmick of this pin is that it changes colors based on your "mood", which is actually responding to your body heat. The card the pin came on has a guide on what the colors mean:
Dark Blue = Happy, Love
Amber Green = Troubled
Green = Sensitive
Amber = Nervous, Tense
Blue Green = Relaxed, Calm
Purple = Dreamer
