This is one a series of rack pins released at WDW to commemorate the Disney ~ MGM Stars and Motor Cars Parade. Each pin has characters from various Disney animated movies. They are riding in a car designed just for their particular movie. All the wheels spin. This one is from One Hundred Dalmatians and featuers Cruella De Vil. She is standing in a black limousine with a chauffer up front. The car is black with red fire painted on the side and has an awning on the back of it for her to sit under should she wish to.
