Item #16 on the 2023 Magic Hap-Pins Pin Trading Event RSP. Designed by Robert Schilling, this pin measures 2"x2". It features Goofy holding a red balloon. Behind him is a big bouquet of yellow, blue, green, and red balloons. The pin is listed on the RSP as having an acetate dome over the red PVC balloon, and a removeable Celebration button tiny pin. The removeable Celebration button is green, with orange, red, and yellow balloons, and says 'Getting a balloon' on the front.
