Mickey, Minnie and Goofy are taking a safari ride to celebrate the opening of Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park in this Limited Edition pin. Disney's largest park, at 500 acres, opened at the Walt Disney World® Resort in April of 1998. Filled with thrilling rides, lush landscaping, and dramatic animal encounter, the park entertains and educates guests about creatures ranging from live animal to dinosaurs.
