Description
This Limited Edition pin depicts the 1942 Disney film "Bambi".It remains one of the Disney studio's loveliest work, dealing in qualities of nature and life itself. Three young friends, Bambi, Thumper and Flower are traveling together through the forest meadow. The background of this pin is printed on acetate giving it the feel of an animated cell. It is riveted to the back of the pin, giving it a 3-D look. A golden mickey is at the bottom with the word "Innovation" This pin was designed by Disney Design Group artist Alex Maher. Bambi, Thumper and Flower are traveling through the woods in this Limited Edition pin. The story of Bambi was different from anything the Studio had attempted. The film was more serious, and all the characters were animals. During production, Walt Disney was delighted with the film. “Fellas, this stuff is pure gold,” he told the animators. The background of this pin is printed on acetate giving it the feel of an animated cell. This pin measures approximately 1.85” wide by 1.85” tall. Artist: Alex Maher Innovator Series
