Ont the frame are 5 Mickey icons around the top and the quote "It's Kind of Fun to do the Impossible" at the bottom. Tinker Bell is a pin-on-pin design at the bottom center of the pin. It was given out to participants in the behind the scenes tour "Inspiration: Through Walt's Eyes". The reverse of this gold metal pin has The OPDT logo with no year, ©Disney, China and Disney Institute Exclusive on it. The pin is 1 1/2" tall by 1" wide.
