From the 5 pin Ariel and Friends Boxed set this is the Blue Fish pin. He is looking to the left. The pin set was a surprise release at the DSSF during the opening of The Little Mermaid at the El Capitan Theater. All 5 pins in this set came in a shell shaped, padded container.
