The Hatter holds a bouquet of teal, pale yellow, and pastel pink balloons. The pink cake looks beautiful in all its icing and it's teal-and-white striped number candles, but be careful— cakes at their parties tend to explode!Features: pin-on-pin, 3D color paste, soft and hard enamel, glitter and pearlized details, gold base metal.
