Description
Released as part of the “Year of a Million Dreams” series, this pin depicts Minnie Mouse’s “dream:” wearing Marilyn Monroe’s dress from “The Seven Year Itch,” with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with her name and a symbol denoting her role in film. Interestingly, Minnie would an actual star on the Walk of Fame on January 22, 2018, almost a decade after this pin was released, while “The Seven Year Itch’s” distributor, 20th Century Fox, was purchased by Disney on March 20, 2019.
