From the animated short Toot, Whistle, Plunk & Boom 10 pin boxed set released in February of 2003, this is the Professor Owl pin. He is facing forward with his right hand behind his back and his left pointing at something. He is wearing a blue coat and vest, gold bow tie, white collar and large red glasses. The pin measures 7/8" (21 mm) wide by 1 1/16" (27 mm) tall.
