I don't know that much about this pin, but I know that some college students got to go on a field trip to the Disney animation studio and they got some swag including this pin. The pin itself is of Mickey in an old-fashioned pie-eye style playing what appears to be a one-stringed banjo in front of an orange "100". It has two pin backs.
