The busts are very well sculpted replicas of the actual busts in the Mansion, and they glow in the dark. They appear to be made of resin. This is a boxed pin set from the 2003 "999 Happy Haunts Event" in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Artist Michelle Morrow designed the pins in this boxed set.
