This pin features Claude Frollo, the ruthless Parisian justice minister.He is standing in front of a window, on a balcony with three gargoyles, Victor, Hugo, and Laverne. It is a surprise release, in that although the two other releases on this date were announced 5-15 minutes prior to its release, this series of pins was released with the Patriotic series of pins.
