DLR/WDW - Villains 2023 Portrait - Dr. Facilier Disney Villains pins are open edition and were released in April 2023 at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Pin-on-pin design. This pin is Dr. Facilier (commonly known as the Shadow Man) from Disney's 2009 animated feature film "The Princess and the Frog". He is an evil, smooth-talking voodoo witch doctor who plots to rule New Orleans with help from his "friends on the other side" Dr. Facilier has proven to be cunning, conniving, and persuasive. Facilier is wearing a black top hat with a red band, a purple feather in it and a skull and crossbones on it, a dark maroon undertaker tailcoat and black pants, a purple vest, with two-tone shoes. He is holding a tarot card in his right hand and his black cane with purple globe in his left. Looking like a Showman, he is standing in front of brown curtains and maroon wallpaper with a lime green mist beneath. The pin released on the Disney Store website in late April 2023.
