Pin Description:
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Classics Collection Society (Anniversary titled “Decade of Dreams”), this 12 pin set was released for a limited time. Every year, the Collection used a different production mark to indicate the year the collectors item was released. Each mark represents an important piece of Disney Animation. These productions marks include 1997's Music Stand from "The Band Concert." The Band Concert marked Mickey Mouse’s first appearance in color and his 73rd animated short. Mickey’s Music Stand is a green enamel on a gold-colored base metal. It is a pin-on-pin with the base pin being the main logo of the WDCC in a shade of Prussian Blue.The back of the pin has Singing Harp (2003 production mark) waffling. Under the single post is a smoothed box with the following information: "©Disney Walt Disney Collectors Society Exclusive 1997 China." The pin back is a plain black circle. This set came in an embossed box.
