This pin was apart of a cast exclusive set. Each pin had a trading card that provided details about each attraction. The attractions represented in this collection were all extinct attractions that had closed by 1990. This particular pin commemorates the now-retired "Clock of the World" sculpture, which featured a sun and moon atop it and a map of the earth (this pin depicting the Americas portion) on its side.

The accompanying trading card read as follows:

"Standing at the entrance of Tomorrowland was the Clock of the World, wrapped in a map of the earth divided into 24 sections. A Guest need only look at the number above a location on the map to find out the time of day at that location. The round ball at the front of the clock gave the minutes of the hour. At the top were the sun and moon to delineate day and night. The clock counted the hours from 1955, when the Park opened, until 1966."

This set was sold at Company D in Walt Disney World as well.
